Returns Policy

What is the return and exchange policy?


What cannot be returned: 

We do not accept returns for incorrectly ordered sizing.
We provide sizing charts to ensure that you have the correct information available to order the right size.

Strictly No return or refund for Promotional Items for eg , Limited Time Sales items . 

What can be returned :

If we sent you wrong sizes and there is a defective bad printing we can help you replace it and proof of photos must be sent to us within 30 days.

 

Please ensure that you use this information to be able to order the correct size.

Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 15  days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee.

We do not reimburse shipping charges.

To return your items:

Contact us using contact form   to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
We will provide the return address with the RMA.

All items are print to order and are non-refundable.

Ensure that you review the sizing chart to determine what size is appropriate for you.

To be sure, you can always order a size up.

If there is a fault in the product, send us a photo and we will quickly send out a replacement.

Defective merchandise has a 15 day policy from the date of your receipt. If you get a defective shirt, and we are sorry for that in advance, we will take care of you. Do not fill out an exchange form, contact us via the contact us button.

If you wish to return an item and do not want to receive an exchange, there is a $6.00 per shirt restocking fee and shipping is not refundable.

We do NOT charge a restocking fee for exchanges. You are responsible for all shipping costs.

If you receive a shirt as a GIFT and want to exchange it, simple print out the form under FAQs and include your credit card info so we can make the necessary charges for shipping/upgrades or additional shirts.
